AS “Rīgas elektromašīnbūves rūpnīca” (RER) informs that it received a notice from ООО «ХОЛДИНГ ТРАНСПОРТНЫЕ КОМПОНЕНТЫ» [TransComponent Holding LLC] (Moscow, Russia) about acquisition of substantial shareholding. According to the notice, ООО «ХОЛДИНГ ТРАНСПОРТНЫЕ КОМПОНЕНТЫ» [TransComponent Holding LLC]:
· has acquired 34.45% of RER shares;
· has acquired 80% of АО «Крона Груп» [JSC Crona Group], a shareholder of RER (46% of the voting share capital of RER). Thus, direct shareholding of TransComponent Holding LLC in the voting share capital of RER is 34.45%.
Whereas TransComponent Holding LLC holds 100% of capital shares of Crowning Finance Cyprus Ltd, a shareholder of RER (18.19% of the voting share capital of RER), direct and indirect shareholding of the new shareholder amounts to 98.64% of the voting share capital of RER.
