RER performs the full cycle of armature repair and restoration — fault detection, commutator replacement or refurbishment, winding repair, insulation impregnation, machining, dynamic balancing, and comprehensive electrical testing.
We work with both serial and unique traction machines of various types and manufacturers, ensuring reliable, long-lasting operation.
Photos 2–3: Frame repair and motor assembly
Our facility handles complete overhaul of traction motor frames: restoration of fitting surfaces, repair of housing components, insulation replacement, restoration of cable entries, and full mechanical preparation for assembly.
Every motor is then assembled, adjusted, and tested to customer requirements.
