The Machine Production Department is one of its key divisions, where DC and AC motors, generators, and phase splitters are produced.
Armatures, rotors, and stators are manufactured in-house, from winding to soldering, balancing, and vacuum-pressure impregnation, to ensure perfect insulation and long-term reliability.
The department also performs a complete coil manufacturing cycle, supporting the production of transformers, shunts, and other electrical components.
Every product undergoes vibration and noise testing, along with electrical strength verification — ensuring the quality that defines RER. 
And this is just one department within RER’s large-scale production.
