At RER, our Heat Treatment Workshop is the only facility of its kind in Latvia. We carry out hardening and tempering of structural, tool, and high-alloy steels, working with chamber and vertical furnaces, salt baths, and deepwater quenching setups for long components.
Every step — from 250°C tempering to 860°C hardening cycles — is controlled to ensure the steel reaches the exact characteristics required for reliable, long-term performance.
